Refund Policy:

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your jewelry item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Exceptions:

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made jewelry, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
